In a competition for the real estate concrn Diligentia for the new Mörby Centrum shopping center we created this entry. The big idea was to illustrate forward movement and progressiveness within the actual design itself.

Riddargatan

We were commissioned to recreate a stairwell to the original 1890’s look. The demands on craftmanship and knowledge were very high in this project as the original look had to be merged with the modern demands for safety, electricity, and other technical aspects.

In order to sell these fantastic premises at Ankdammsgatan a miniature showroom was set up, giving a good feel of the end result. This highly cost effective way of visualizing the interior design worked so well that the premises were sold immediately.
